Morgan’s and Phillip’s was founded in 2007 by Michael Satterfield. The idea was to create clothing that reflected the cars, motorcycles, and stories of racing by his father and grandfather that Michael grew up with. By the time Michael was able to drive, the tracks his father knew including Riverside International Raceway and Ontario Motor Speedway were long gone. Michael’s father a designer, who worked with the likes of Hooker Headers and the NSDA was always bringing home cool cars. Growing up in Shaker Equipped Mach 1’s and SEMA show vehicles made sure that the car bug was planted early on. By the age of 14 Michael had bought his first car a 1954 Ford Crestline, from then on it was a seeming never ending stream of cars and bikes.
